Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, no refunds or exchanges are offered. For in-store purchases, we are happy to test any battery operated toys at the time of purchase to ensure functionality and include the batteries for free.

Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which guarantees products will be free from defects in manufacturing or design.
